From job deposits to full invoices, our custom checkout process supports cards, ACH, Apple Pay, and more—giving your customers flexibility while you stay in control. Track incoming payments in real time, manage deposits, and transfer funds effortlessly with built-in Stripe tools, all without ever leaving Garageflo.
Stripe Integration Terms
Garageflo integrates directly with Stripe to process all payments, including deposits, invoices, and job balances. This integration is embedded in the platform and governs how billing, transfers, and payouts are handled.
Supported Payment Methods
Garageflo supports a variety of Stripe-enabled payment methods through a mobile-responsive checkout experience:
- Credit and debit cards
- ACH bank transfers
- Apple Pay
- Other Stripe-supported payment methods
All payments are routed through the shop’s connected Stripe account.
Billing Features
- Payments can be requested for estimates, deposits, and final job balances.
- Each billing action is automatically linked to the related job within the platform.
- Customers receive a dedicated payment page for each billing event.
Payouts and Transfers
- Garageflo supports both standard and instant payouts via Stripe.
- Real-time payment and payout tracking is available from the Garageflo dashboard.
- Funds are deposited directly into the connected bank account on file with Stripe.
Platform Fees
- Application Processing Fee: A 0.5% platform fee is applied to all transactions processed through the shop's connected Stripe account. This fee helps offset Stripe’s transaction costs. It applies only to incoming payments and does not affect payouts.
- Instant Payout Fee: A 1.75% fee is applied to all instant payouts initiated via Stripe. This fee is applied automatically and is separate from Stripe’s own fees. Standard payouts do not incur this fee.
Stripe Fees
All Stripe-related fees (e.g. card processing fees, ACH fees) are charged directly by Stripe and automatically withdrawn from the connected Stripe account. These include but are not limited to:
- Card processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢)
- ACH fees (varies by payment method)
- Dispute fees, refunds, or chargeback costs
Garageflo does not control or collect these Stripe-assessed fees.
Subscription Restrictions
Access to certain billing features may depend on your Garageflo subscription tier. These include:
- Instant payouts
- Bank account management
- Advanced billing controls

Misuse Policy
Garageflo reserves the right to limit or revoke access to billing or payout features in any of the following cases:
- Excessive chargebacks or refund disputes
- Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious payment behavior
- Abuse of instant payout functionality or billing controls
Such actions may result in temporary suspension or permanent deactivation of billing features.
Legal and Fee Disclosures
All fees listed above, including platform fees and Stripe fees, are subject to change. Garageflo is not responsible for Stripe's fee structure, which may vary by region or payment method. For the most up-to-date Stripe pricing, refer to Stripe’s official pricing guide.

How to Connect with Stripe
To enable payouts and begin accepting payments through Garageflo, follow these steps to connect with Stripe:
- Visit the platform at app.garageflo.com
- Log in to an active Garageflo account with access to settings and connection permissions
- Navigate to the Settings area from the left-hand navigation menu
- Select the Connections tab
- Locate the Stripe card and click the setup gear icon to begin the onboarding process
You will be redirected to Stripe’s secure onboarding flow. During setup, you’ll be asked to provide a few business details such as your entity name, business category, and contact information, along with a valid bank account for payouts.
All information entered is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on Garageflo’s servers. This onboarding process is streamlined and typically only takes a few minutes to complete.
Once connected, your account will be eligible to receive customer payments and initiate payouts according to your Garageflo subscription tier and Stripe’s requirements.
Get Support with Stripe
If you're experiencing issues with Stripe-related billing, payouts, or payments within Garageflo, our team is here to assist. Most payment functions—such as deposit collection, invoice processing, or real-time tracking—are powered through a secure, centralized Stripe integration that is managed at the platform level.
Garageflo accounts do not connect to standalone Stripe dashboards. Instead, each connected account operates under our unified platform account. This means all billing activity, including payment processing, transfers, and refunding, is managed by Garageflo on behalf of your shop. Stripe may offer limited support, but due to the nature of platform-managed connections, troubleshooting through Stripe directly may not yield results.
If you're unsure about a payment's status, experiencing a delay in payout, or need clarification on Stripe fees, please contact us at support@garageflo.com. Our internal team can investigate and escalate issues with Stripe where necessary. In most cases, this is the fastest and most accurate way to resolve Stripe-related questions.
For users who wish to contact Stripe directly, please note that Stripe’s standard support team may not have visibility into Garageflo-specific accounts. However, Stripe Support can be reached at support.stripe.com or by calling 1-888-963-8955 (US).
Due to the way accounts are provisioned under our platform, Stripe accounts are not independently controlled by Garageflo customers. All Stripe activity—billing, payouts, disputes, and history—is linked to Garageflo’s platform credentials. As a result, certain features like manual payout requests, Stripe Dashboard access, or third-party integrations are unavailable by design.
